1) Visite du terrain
2) Définition de l’objectif du client en fonction de son budget
3) Design / plan de la maison à réaliser en 3D
4) Proposition / négociation du contrat de construction
a) Description visuelle et écrite des différentes salles
b) Description des fenêtres, porte, placard, armoire, grillage moustique, fer forger etc…
c)Aménagement externe, jardin, réservoir, panneau solaire, …
5) Planification des travaux (cahier de charge) et décaissement (flux monétaire)
6)Exécution des travaux de construction en fonction du cahier des charges.
7) Livraison de la construction suivant les modalités décritent dans le contrat.
